I'm trying configure this feature and enable the identity capable devices option, but there is some CLI commands errors that were generated.

You seem to have tickled what appears to be a device debug.  When you name your radius group, "radius" the CLI doesn't enter submode.  Change the radius group name to any other name, and this problem should go away.

The work was executed successfully, but the switch still does not appear as an Identity Capable Devices, which the time for the Work Centers - Identity update the list? Can i change this delay or force to update?

Perform another configuration sync under Configuration > Configuration Archive > Syncrhonization.
