Do you now if CoA ACK message must use the same source IP address than the CoA request destination IP address ?
In my case ISE send a CoA request to the IP address 192.168.1.100 and the switch answers (CoA ACK) with another source IP address.
In the logs I have this message :
11213 No response received from Network Access Device after sending a Dynamic Authorization request
I am working with Third Party Devices....
