Conflicting 802.1x and guest wired

I just wanted to get some clarification on behavior I have seen, and figure out how best to work around it.

Customer A has a wired 802.1x enabled ISE implementation.  Customer B also has 802.1x wired and ISE.

If Customer B brings their laptop to Customer A's facility, 802.1x authentication will fail, and since the AuthC policy option says we cannot fail AuthC but continue to a default AuthZ "webauth" state, how would we capture for this?

Can you clarify on what you mean by "how would we capture for this" ? What is the end goal here?
