I am running ACS 5.4.
When I go to System Administration-Configuration-Global System Options-TACACS+ Settings, there are settings that seem to be editable.
When I try to change the fields for Username Prompt and Password Prompt, clicking submit has no effect. I am unable to change these settings.
Is there some bug with this? Is it possible to do through the CLI?
Thanks.

You must be set as a 'user' role. To get those options enabled you must be an 'admin'

It fails when I log in as ACSadmin or with my individual admin account.
With either account, I can perform any other functions within ACS.

Please Verify that Java functionality is enabled in the browser.
if you are logging with remote user please Verify that the remote administrator is using a valid administrator name and password that have previously been added in Administration Control.
Determine whether the remote administrator is trying to administer ACS through a firewall, through a device performing Network Address Translation, or from a browser configured to use an HTTP proxy server.

Every other aspect of ACS works correctly aside from this one function. There is no firewall, no proxy, no NAT and java is enabled.
