It's been around 2 years since I last touched ACS 4.2 - from memory, I recall in that horrid GUI, there was an option to export some data via .csv - it was not immediately obvious to me. But I discovered it eventually. There is no explicitly data export menu - it's a hyperlink on some of the pages that allow data export.
