How long it will take to upgrade Cisco ACS from 5.1.0.44 to 5.2.0.26.?

After typing below command i am not getting any output on my CLI but I am able to access ACS via GUI. Not sure what is happening?

application upgrade ACS_5.2.0.26.iso repository-name

Do you want to save the current configuration ? (yes/no) [yes] ?YES

Please advice is it normal

I suspect the process is hung and will have to be terminated.

The ISO file is not the correct image for an upgrade. The ISO file is used to boot from and install a new server.

Please refer to the Installation and Upgrade Guide for 5.2 which directs us to use the following:

     application upgrade ACS_5.2.0.26.tar.gz repository-name

The tar.gz file is available here (registered user with support contract only).

You need to use application upgrade ACS_5.2.0.26.tar.gz repository-name

Note If the backup data is huge in size, then extraction process might take a minimum of 1 hour to many hours.
