How to create Read-Only User / ACS 5.8

Good Morning Everyone,

I am looking for some help on how to create a Read-only user on ACS so we can used it in Cisco devices. I can't find anything on how to create Read-only user for UCS and cisco switches. I was able to creat user and try diffrent profiles and put him in diffrent groups but our Cisco UCS and switches still somehow sees it as an Admin.

Any help would be appreciated.
