I am trying to access our Cisco NAC Guest Server V2.0.1 through the web interface, no of the passwords that the previous admin has written down are working. I can get logged into the Console of the device. Is there anyway that someone has found to reset the web user interface so that I could access this device through that interface.

John,
Here is the way to reset the web gui password:
php -f /guest/www/html/admin/AdminPasswordReset.php (username) (password) in the NAC Guest server CLI.
Thanks,
Tarik

FYI, there are two different login pages for the NAC guest server (NGS). One for the network admin for the ngs (ends with /admin/index.php), and one for the sponsor - where you create guest account (doesn't end with /admin.index.php). You should see if you can login to http://x.x.x.x/admin/index.php using the password from the previous admin.
