ISE 2.1 - Radius Live Log showing wrong IP information randomly

Hi,

Currently we are using ISE 2.1 and facing problem with live log database, sometimes while checking on log, it will show different IP with same endpoint ID and username.

For example, endpoint A is connected with AD user A with MAC AA:AA with IP 192.x.x.x, but random log with comes with IP 172.x.x.x with same endpoint A, AD user A and MAC AA:AA. And all of the endpoint has been set to static IP.

Can you pls do a help.I'm trying to do EAP-Channing with AnyConnect NAM it giving me error.When Laptop is connected to first time it work and if we loged out and logging authentication get failed.It shows dot1x failed as switch syslog massage.Can ypu pls share the AnyConnect version,configuration.xml and EAP-FAST rules.
