Dear Team Members
we have a new ISE 3315 installation going on, I powered on the Appliance and appliance booted sucessfully, I run the Setup command. however after Setup is completed and appliance got a reload, it is not booting at all , booting seems to be hang up as per the snapshot attached.
however Appliance is pingable, . i carried the following tasks as part of troubleshooting.
2: suspecting that Setup was corrupted, i then re-initialzied / re-installed the ISE Completely, then i run the setup command and after self reload, exactly same behaviour.
3: I tried with both Secure CRT & Putty and results are same,
any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
Ahad

I think you IOS image of ISE is corrupted. Please down load a new software image from the below link

and reinstall again. I hope your problem will be resolved.

Hello Ahad,
You may have a hardware issue. Please refer to the diagram below to note the state of the System Health LED. If all is well, it should not be lit. If it is lit (Amber) then I would suspect a memory issue.
Power off the 3315. Remove the top cover and re-set all the memory modules. Power the 3315 back on. If you still do not boot, you can try to determine if you have a single memory module failure by removing one at a time and attempting to boot the device.
If the light is amber and it is NOT a Memory issue, then you may be experiencing a power supply or fan failure.
Since you have stated that this is a new install, you may also want to ensure that the CPU heatsink is properly installed and did not loosen during shipping.
Here are the links to the references I used if you would like to explore them for further diagnosis:

Please let me know if this fixes your issue. If it does, please rate this answer and mark your question as Answered.
