ISE, AnyConnect and ASA (2016 Outlook Issues)

Hi All,

Solution overview:

Cisco ISE's, Windows 10 laptops (Cisco AnyConnect Ver 4.4), Cisco ASA's.

Issue:

When a client transitions from VPN to Wired or reconnects on VPN after a wireless roam, MS Outlook intermittingly prompts for user logon credentials which is really annoying for the end user. 

This looks it could be an issue with Cisco AnyConnect, is anyone able rule out the Cisco AnyConnect supplicant or seen similar issues?

I have seen the same problem without the Anyconect client, it is safe to say that there are many other potential causes for this behaviour. If you remove the Anyconnect client from one of the affected PCs, do you still see the same problem?
