I have a Wireless LAN running CWA mit ISE (Version 220.127.116.119).
Selfregistration is enabled for guest user. I build a new Timeprofile with 90 days for these guest accounts and attached this time Profile to the Guest Portal Policy.
But the accounts expire after 5 days.
Any Hint what is missing or where I have to adjust a default value?
Guest Password Expiration is set to 999.
I made the same installation in a vmware with Version 18.104.22.1689 without any patch.
It works like I configured.
Installation on a Appliance with Version 22.214.171.1249 with Patch 7 is not working..
I think i will upgrade the Appliance Installation to the latest release.
I am hitting this "bug" as well. Do you have a bug number I can refer TAC to?
What "application restart" did you perform to get you going?
BugID is: CSCui82615
After creating a new time Profile I had first to restart the ISE application
application stop ise
application start ise
This worked for me.
Guest Cache Issues for Time Profiles
The value of Test-TP is saved and is being reused for subsequent user creation, though the actual value got changed
Create a Time Profile (say Test-TP) with duration as one month
Create a user with the Test-TP time Profile
Edit the time profile test-TP duration to 1 year
Create a new guest user with test-TP time profile
Restart Application Server to clear cache
Please follow below
