ISE incorrect information on the Dashboard after root patch

Hi all,

 

my customer had an issue related to AD login, after Cisco dev got involved customer was given a root patch  "rpssh_12.tar.gz" after applying this during the weekend now the Active guest (dashboard) displays incorrect information. meaning : it tells the customer that from  the Weekend on till right now they have 613 active Guest Accounts. But this isn't true.

just wondering whether someone experienced the same problem, if not I guess i will have to escalate this to Cisco too :(.

I think there is some issue in you root patch installation. Try to remove and reinstall it.
