Have a customer who is deploying full ISE with PIC enabled on 2.3p2 but for some strange reason when passiveID and PXGrid are enabled on the same node, PXGrid is stuck in initialization state while passiveID is showing as not running. The services were stopped, the boxes were rebooted same issues.
Even tried enabling PXGrid alone on the ISE box, same issue however when passiveID is enabled as the sole service it works fine until PXGrid is enabled on the same node.
There is a defect that talks about PXGrid being affected because it is on a bonded interface and must follow the work around but in the lab NIC bond is still enabled the defect was never hit.
