ISE Portal Adobe Flash

Hi Forum.

I have some strange problem while accessing ISE portal via RDP or VNC (from jumpserver). I see all the icons and flash components on the frontage but all digits and data is invisible for me. I am using newest flash player and I see this on Chrome and Firefox as well on Internet Explorer. So its not browser related.

Everything works fine If I access ISE portal via VMware console directly (from jumpserver).

Is this bug in ISE portal? and most important is there any workaround for this problem?

Thank you.

I suspect it might be issue with Java version that is being used.

Can you please provide us with the actual Java requirements? I am aware of the flash and browser compatibility but this is the first time I hear about Java.

When the Widgets are not loaded then it could be an issue with the flash but in this case widgets are loaded but the missing part is only the data. In such cases we have to suspect with the Java. Currently ISE is using Java version 1.6.0_45 and it would be good to check if browser java plugin or the java software installed on the jumpserver.

I have attached screenshot of the output and plugin version. Be aware that it works without any problems if I access ISE via VMware Console instead of RDP session.

JAVA version.

java -showversion
java version "1.8.0_66"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_66-b17)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.66-b17, mixed mode)

SAME result with this Java version:
java -showversion
java version "1.6.0_45"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_45-b06)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.45-b01, mixed mode)
