ISE url redirect with web proxy

We are having a ISE2.1 implementation for posturing.Client redirect doesn't happen when we enable proxy in client web browser.

I have changed the ports with

ip http port 8080
ip port-map http port 8080

But still I'm having the issue.I have permit proxy IP in dACL.
