Let unhothorized users to visit payment site

I setup a freeradius 3.x server for an ISP company that has Cisco nas device. Authorization of debit group is rejected for now. But i want to allow those users in debit group to access payment website to allow them pay their invoices and authorize them to access internet.  What actions i should take?

This is the technical community for Cisco's NAC solution-Identity Services Engine ( ISE ).

I cannot see an option to remove or move a post.

Its so difficult to select an appropriate forum. Their website is just like their hardware products. Todo a simple thing you need to struggle for hours.
