RP/0/RSP0/CPU0:Jul 28 03:34:40.418 UTC: SSHD_[65606]: %SECURITY-SSHD-3-ERR_ERRNO : aaa_account failed: 'LOCALD' detected the 'fatal' condition 'No available method was able to process the request'

I'm almost sure it's inappropriate community for your question and it will remain unresponded (like the laxmikant2526's one). Unfortunately, I can't move it to appropriate place because you tweaked other's thread (unrelated to your's question). Moreover, you decided not to disclose Cisco product you are speaking about.
