This is for ISE anyconnect and ACS, i don't think you're in the correct community, perhaps firewall or routing?

Hi there,

Does the router have a route for the translated inside address?

Are there any ACLs along the path from the router to the server which could be denying the translated traffic?

cheers,

Seb.

yes there is a route, then also there is no ACL denying it.

Have you run a packet capture on the switchport the server is connected to, or the server itself to confirm that the server is not receiving the traffic.

What sort of traffic is it? What service is the server offering?

cheers,

Seb.
