Duo for Outlook Web App (OWA) no more Working with Exchange SE

Since migrating from Exchange 2019 to Exchange Server, DUO for OWA is no longer working.

I get this error when I try to reinstall it?

I have the correct .Net Version on IIS :

 Unable to uninstall the current version (nothing happens)

Any idea who to fix this ?

Fixed by :

• uninstalling DUO via msiexec in command prompt
• reinstalling DUO via msiexec in command prompt

To understand the initial issue better, was it that you...

1. Had Duo for OWA installed on Exchange 2019 (which version of the Duo OWA app?)

2. Performed an in-place upgrade from Ex2019 CU 14 or 15 to Exchange SE (as described in https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/exchange/upgrading-your-organization-from-current-versions-to-exchange-server-se/4241305) without uninstalling Duo first?

We do recommend uninstalling Duo before applying an Exchange CU https://help.duo.com/s/article/1074, but it is interesting the GUI installer did not work for you.
