I have set up Unity Connection 7, version 7.1.2.1000-68, in a lab. I
created a new Direct Routing Rule called 'Company' that sends incoming
external calls to a Call Handler called 'New Company Greeting' and recorded
a greeting "You have reached ABC Compnay ...". However, when a call comes
in, Unity Connection is playing the word "Sorry" first and then the
greeting, so you hear "Sorry" "You have reached ABC Company ...". I can't
figure out where the "Sorry" is coming from and how to stop it. Appreciate
any help with this.
