A few of my devices are giving me errors on the LMS 4.0 Performance Link Ports Interface Utilization poller job. The error LMS is reporting is:
MIB Variable | Instance | Failure Status | Failure Count | Last Failed Reason | Last Failed |
ifHCInOctets | Te1/2 | Permanent | 22 | No Such Instance - The specified instance is not available | Fri, Oct 15 2010, 10:21:53 EDT |
It's happening on several devices. For instance, the one above one is a Cisco 7609 (OID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.864) running 12.2(33)SRB5a. Te1/2 is definitely there:
w18e-cr-01.sea#sh int desc | i Te1/2
Te1/2 up up ***w18e-cr-02-sea Te1/2
Reachability status of the device indicates:
Ping | Success | |
HTTP | Failed | |
SNMPv1 Read | Success | |
SNMPv2c Read | Success | |
SNMPv1 Write | Failed | |
SNMPv2c Write | Failed | |
SSHv1 | Failed | |
SSHv2 | Failed | |
Telnet | Success |
Performance is polling CPU just fine on this device.
Any suggestions?
