CUEAC error when Synchronizing with CUCM

When I start the sync with cucm on the cueac system it immeditaly responds with Server Error. Data Error : FAILURE : 15

the Sync report shows last completed as 2011-03-25 10:18:24 (todays date is 2011-05-20)
