We have servers where the live call center (IPCC Enterprise) is currently running (version 7.2).
We have other servers installed seperately and running an upgraded version 7.5.
We need to run the EDMT tool using technology refresh on the destination server which is the upgraded Admin Workstation.
After completing the settings, the EDMT tool runs:
- Database connection to the source verified OK
- Database connection to the destination verified OK
- Mapping network drives to the backup location \\<ip_adr_src>\share_folder ...
- Network drive letter on source system is null:
- Network drive letter on destination system is null:
- Local network drive letter on destination system is null:
Any suggestions regarding the drive map?
From the RUN, the windows share is accessible.
