I am trying to restore a previous backup to my CUCM but am unable to get the CUCM to recognize the tar file. I tried using the restore wizard but it does not allow me to select a tar file from the Acnode server that all of my backups are stored.
I then tried to use the CLI but kept receiving the error that the CUCM could not find the file. I tried several different syntax variations but all come back with that same error.
The Acnode and CUCM are communicating but no file transfer will take place. Anyone have any idea's?
