We are using TMS with TMSXE. The users can reserve conference rooms from their Outlook.
When they reserve only one room the MCU is not reserved from TMS.
So when they want to have an MCU to add remote rooms/EP's they TMS manager needs to manually add the MCU to the registered conference in TMS.
Apparently the MCU has problems with this and gets stucked.
the following undocumented error is then obtained:
Reallocate failed: Description: numeric ID clash. System: 10.1.99.21 Interface: HTTP Command: 'AllocateMeeting' Result from system: 'Error, fault code 18'
The only way to clear the error is to restart the MCU.

Could also not find this problem in the available release notes.
Any idea what goes wrong or if an upgrade of the above components could solve to problem?
