We are currently running CUP 8.6.3 and we have setup under Application -> Cisco Jabber -> Settings the Photo URL in the Cisco Jabber LDAP Attribute Mapping. The current issue we are facing now is
- If the URL is set to http://mycompany.example.com/photo/std/%%sAMAccountName%%.jpg, when we login to the Jabber on iPad, we can see the contact photo. However on the Jabber IM on iPhone we are not able to see the contact photo.
- If the URL is set to http://mycompany.example.com/photo/std/%%uid%%.jpg, we are able to see the contact photo on Jabber IM on iPhone but we cannot see the contact photo in Jabber on iPad.
Anyway to configure it so that both Jabber on iPad and Jabber IM on iPhone can see the contact photo? Appreciate it if anyone can share any advise on how to resolve this issue. Thanks
