We have Europe based customers with SIP trunking, currently SIP trunking provider only support G711alaw codec, so with CVP, we have to implement g711alaw as codec in VXML GW, all media files are recorded in g711alaw as well. We have recording prompt application on VXML server, but it seems not working with g711alaw, and we are not able to make other VXML scripts work with g711alaw. g711ulaw works fine.
Can anyone confirm if VXML server/scripts support g711alaw?
