Establishing a VPN connection fails especially but not only with a T-Mobile UMTS stick. After typing username/password at VPN login window the VPN-session ends with the message: “Unable to modify IP forwarding table”. The problem exists with other but not all LAN/WAN equipment too.
Environment: ASA 5520 V9.0(1) and “Any Connect Client” e.g. V 3.1.01065 . The problem arises with some but not all older VPN versions too. There is no problem with VPN version 3.0.10057 and the same LAN/WAN Hardware that doesn’t work with VPN version 3.1.xxxxx.
Should we have to wait for any new fixed Client version or what else can we do?
