nexus7000: 1 powered-dn Unknown card (Could not get software-card-id)

Hi,

   I'm running n7000 image 5.2.7 on my nexus 7000 box. The module 1 does not come up. The LC is N7K-M148GS-11L. The card requires Cisco NX-OS 5.0 or above.

Please let me know if some information is available on this. "show module" output is as below:
