Unable to send the CDR report as Email


The Mail Parameters have been set on the CDR. But whenever the reports are sent via mail the following error is displayed:

Error Code 10011

Error Description System Error. Contact System Administrator.

The mail server @ the customer place has SMTP authentication enabled. As per the document: CAR does not support SMTP authentication. You must disable authentication on the SMTP mail server or enter a valid user ID and password.

So the Mail id that i use is the one which is configured on the mail server along with a valid password. But still it does not work and gives the same error code.

The customer cannot disable SMTP authentication. so is there a way or workaround to get this work.
