We have agents that work from home sometimes, They login to network using Cisco AnyConnect VPN client. We have Calabrio Call Recording Solution which works great ( with few bugs ) ..How do you record CIPC softphones conversation.
This are possible solutions
1) RSPAN is not going to work as we will be spanning both voice and data over Layer 3 interface which is not possible
