Hi
I have configured live reply so users can call back external numbers from voicemail. If I access the voicemail from the associated extension all works fine.
If I call into voicemail from an external phone (home phone) and log into my account I am then unable to call the sender I get "sorry the senders phone is busy"
anyone know why this is?
