I am seeing the following errors in my logs, and I can't find a document with the error definitions:
Kern-2-system_Msg: Ext3-fs error (device sda3): ext3_find_entry: reading dictionary #2 offset0 - kernel
Kern-2-system_Msg: Ext3-fs error (device sda4): ext3_find_entry: reading dictionary #2 offset1 - kernel
I am seeing this error over and over again every 10 to 15 seconds or so.
