I am trying to configure Unity 8.6 to Office 365 so that voicemails are sent to email as attachments. We had this working when we had an onprem Exchange server, but I can't get it working with Office 365.
My UM Service config for Office 365 tests correctly, but when I go to test my individual user, it fails accessing the email account. While I'm new to Unity, I feel I followed the directions provided by Cisco, but I can't get this to work. Because the configuration test passes, it seems that maybe the impersonation isn't working. I ran the command:
New-ManagementRoleAssignment -Name "ConnectionUMServiceAccount" -Role "ApplicationImpersonation" -User username@domain.com
But I still get these timeouts when testing my user. Any ideas?
