We have cisco 3800 gateway (Version 12.4(24)T3). There is t.37 foip configuration on it. We generally can receive and send fax without problem. But some custermers fax do not come to our smtp server, only ".eml" file is recieved from smtp server. Moreover, gateway send a fax confirmation message to customer despite we cannot receive the fax image.
How can i fix the problem? And how can i stop sending confirmation mail to customer if there is a failure in coming fax.
