UCCE outbound option: Managing dialing list to remove certain records

Is there a way to:


  • •1.       Write sql job to remove certain “member” records or pending records because in Cisco’s Outbound option users guide clearly states,

                    You should not no any operation in the DL_Tables. It seems like if there is a job ran from the DL, a manual restart of the campaign manager service will need to be done. is this correct?

Has anyone ever done this?

  • •1.       Run sql job on all records CallSatuszone1 and CallStatuszone2 change fields to “C” for closed.
  • •2.       Then query db for all entries going to be kept, put these into csv file and re-import with overwrite.
