We have recentaly implemented BE 6000 with IM and Presence server . later realised IM and P deployed with a wrong OVA file , decided to reinstall IM and P . Now after deleting the old host we tried to install IM and P with the correct OVA it returns an error ( screen shot is attached ) . Tried 2 times and the same error is showing again . can anyone help me in this regard
if it helps , we had changed CUCM security password before reinstalling IM and P .
