All of a sudden, no environment changes, all my users are unable to access their voicemails. Whether dialing into the voicemail pilot or using the PCA - we receive the message... "The message is not currently available".
For example, I have the MWI light lit on my 7965 phone, I press voicemail button, i'm asked to and enter my PIN #, then I'm told I have 2 voice messages, I press the button it tells me to to play the message (in my case, 7) Once I press 7 the assistant says, "first voice message... the message is not currently available".
I'm actually able to delete the message, but not listen to it. I have rebooted both nodes in my cluster as a troubleshooting step by issuing the utils system restart command from a putty session. I waited for the first rebooted server to come back online 100% before doing the other. Still unable to retrieve the messages.
Any ideas on this one?
