Needs some help with troubleshooting some issues my users are having when working from home. They connect via VPN into the office and launch Jabber for Windows which is installed on their home desktop/laptop.
One of the complaints I get a lot is "static-y", "crackly, and broken up audio when calling from home using the Jabber client. What would be the cause of such an issue?
