We are running into an issue where caller id is displayed on a physical IP phone but not displayed when using Cisco Finesse with Jabber. The remote routers are configured as MGCP and the routers do receive the caller id information from the telco. When the calls is answered with and agent using Finesse they only see the CTI route point not the external caller id information. We do not have this problem when calls are received in Finesse from a location that has a PRI. Our call manager version is 10.5 and our CCX version is also 10.5. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
