I have problems when connecting through anyconnect to a linux server in the company using samba. The transfer of files is extreamly slow. The more number of files I have to copy, the slower is the tranfer. This doesn't happen if I connect using the Cisco IPSec VPN client, only with the anyconnect client and only with linux servers, never happens with windows.
