Hello Experts,
We are evaluating Cisco MediaSense 10.5 solution for call recording, and sometimes a failed call recording can be visible. with 0-1:0-1:0-1 as call recording legth visible from search and play interface ( see attached screenshot). According to CDR from CUCM the call was successful and lasted longer then 0 seconds.
What can the possible reason be? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
