Change Cisco Agent Desktop Color on taskbar when ready or not ready

Is there a way to show if Cisco Agent Desktop is ready or not ready from the Taskbar Icon.  So when the Agent is minimized, can you look down on the tasbar icon and see it either green or red depending on status?
