Hi All
We move a lot of equipements from managed to unmanaged state on the collector appliance. Upload is done and marked as successful om the portal. Unfortunately we still see those devices on the STNC smart services portal.
Why are they still visible (since they are not anymore inside the upload) and how could we force the portal to only use the last "installed base" out of our CSCP upload?
