Cisco Unified Attendant Console Presence Integration

Hi,

I am trying to get presence working on Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced with IM&P/Jabber

From the IM&P SIP Proxy logs I see SUBSCRIBE messages coming in with the correct sip uri/jabberid:

16:06:28.401 |PID(18011) sip_protocol.c(6330) Received 536 bytes UDP packet from 10.1.0.1:52962
SUBSCRIBE sip:john.smith@company.co.uk SIP/2.0

the Presence Server then sends back a 400 Error:

At first I thought it was the sip uri was the issue as I had to manipulate this to display correctly due to using IM Address Scheme of Directory URI as opposed to <userid>@>defautlDomain>. However now it is correct I am still seeing the same error.

Could the loopback address in the via header from the CUAC server could be the cause of the 400 Bad Request?

Has anyone come across this before please?

Regards
