We plan to upgrade our Cisco WLC 2504 to the latest version, our current software version is
(Software Version: 7.6.120.0). I would like to ask how would I have it upgraded to the latest version? Can I upgrade directly to the new version or I have to go thru one version to another? What do I need to take note and the upgrade prerequisites?
