I recently purchased Cisco ONE upgrade license for 1941 router and Cisco send me .pdf without any PAK or licenses in it. Instead document says contact Cisco licensing team. Does that mean I will have to open TAC case for every Cisco ONE purchase?
I opened a TAC case as adviced in this document and looks like Cisco TAC has no clue what to do with it. Does anyone purchased Cisco ONE licenses and could you share your experience and what PAK/licenses you got with it.
