I have CNA 6.2 (the newest version) installed but it seems that it still doesn't support for 2960X series switches! How slowly the device support can come to CNA? X-series has been in markets for couple of years I think. Front panel view is showing just grey ports, no matter is port enabled, cable plugged in etc. This is really annoying, because I don't want to update switches from 2950G until I can see "green ports" in front panel view in 2960X also. (quite handy way to know is there computer plugged-in in other side, i.e. can I disable port if I want.).
