Shows that cisco is aware that SIP endpoint/devices do not generate CMR Records. As this technology continues to move towards SIP solutions versus SCCP, it is crucial for large enterprise companies to be able to monitor their call quality via CMR records so as to be able to tackle issues before end users are affected at a large scale.
Can we get an update from cisco as to when this bug will be fixed? Perhaps there just isn't enough support from customers showing this needs resolution?
